Doing exhibitions since 1973. At leastone a year. mainly in Barcelona and other places in Spain but also in some galleries in Florida, Texas… also in S Paul de Vence. Participation in art fairs in USA, Strassburg, Barcelona.
Formal Training:
I studied in Fine Arts Barcelona ( Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de San Jordi) Before this i studied with Ramón Sanvicens and Teresa Llácer.

I think it has been the number of years painting in plain air. It has given me the skill of light, which, added to my natural sense of colour, is what makes my work recognizable
Other influences:
Many artists have a number of influences easy to see in n.7
Admired Artists:
Vuillard, Bonnard, Vlaminck, Joan Gris, El Bosco, Emili Grau Sala, Dufy, De Kooning, Matisse, Kandinsky, Joaquin Mir, Anglada Camarasa…
Role of figurative art:
The same as art in general. To look at a piece that makes you discover another explanation of beauty, gives you different feelings, happiness, peace or the contrary.
Favorite Gallery:
I have no favorite gallery. the gallery and I share interests and depend on one another. They have the contacts, I have the skill. provided there is respect and fair play it is easy to reach an agreement and get on well together.
A one line summation of your relationship to art:
I am vocational, so i need painting. My biggest ambitions remain in my studio and are related only to myself. Money is important mostly because it allows me to create.
