early mornin...£230.00 the first tube of the day passes by the back of a row of houses on it's way into the city. |
Tugboats on ...£120.00 Here is another take on the view from the Waterloo bridge over London’s Embankment. I took about 1 10 minute detour on my bus ride because of St. Patrick’s festivities going on at Trafalgar square, but it was not a drag at all. On the opposite, the detour proved quite rewarding. I hear many complaints about London’s public transport network, but thinking of how complex and expansive it is, I think it gets me around town quite well as it is. |
388 bus stop...£89.00 Continuing on the transport of London topic, here is the stop right outside of Embankment station. I use bus nr. 388 to get to Covent Garden and the National galleries. It’s a pretty ride along the river. Because it’s the first stop on the route, I always get the front seat of the doubledecker’s top floor for the best view. Personally I prefer the bus (when biking is not an option) to go around town much more then taking the tube. |
