Returns Policy

Go Figurative wants you to be completely happy with the purchase of your artwork.

If you change your mind within 7 working days of delivery, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund of the cost of the artwork. We will cover the cost of collecting the artwork from you. If you change your mind after 7 working days of delivery, you can still return the artwork under our “no quibble” returns policy within 21 days, but we will ask you to cover the cost of returning the artwork to us.

Cancellation policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any artwork purchased on our website within 7 working days of delivery of the artwork. If you wish to cancel, follow the procedure below.

You must notify us of your intention to return the artwork within 7 working days from the day after delivery by emailing janinecollins@gofigurative.com or in writing to Go Figurative, 445 North Circular Road London NW10 0HP.  You should include your contact details.

It is essential that the artwork is returned to us in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Failing this, we will not be able to give a refund. We will contact you to arrange to collect the artwork by specialist courier at our expense.

Once we receive the artwork from you in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund any delivery charges paid by you when the artwork was delivered to you.

This cancellation policy does not apply in the case of commissioned artwork; however your statutory rights are not affected.

Return of goods

We operate a "no-quibble" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days from date of delivery for a refund less delivery charges.

It is essential that the artwork is returned to us in the same condition you receive it and in its original packaging. Failing this, we will not be able to give a refund. For this reason, we recommend that you use an insured recorded delivery or specialist courier service or ask us to arrange for a courier to collect the artwork and deliver it back to us. Return delivery charges will be at your own expense. You do not need to inform us that you are returning the artwork.

Damaged or faulty goods

In the event of any artwork we supply arriving in a damaged or faulty condition, please note and sign any damage on the delivery note at the time of delivery. Please then telephone on +44 (0) 208 905 5972 or email janinecollins@gofigurative.com to inform us of the damage within three days of delivery.

We will arrange to collect the artwork by specialist courier at our expense. We will replace faulty or damaged artwork where possible or, at our discretion, offer a refund, including any delivery charges which were paid by you when the artwork was delivered to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Risk

As soon as the artwork is delivered to you, you will be responsible for it. From the time of delivery of the artwork, any loss or damage to it shall be at your own risk.

Delivery address

We will only deliver artwork to the address you have supplied to us and artwork will not be left without a signature. Please note that where we are unable to deliver artwork to you and we or our agents are required to take the artwork into storage or to rearrange delivery, we reserve the right to recover any storage and additional delivery costs from you.
