Annelien Bruins has been working with privately-owned collections of art since 2001. Through this unique experience, in which Ms Bruins worked with collectors, their offices and their advisors, she recognized the need for hands-on, museum-standard collection management services. Having completed an MA in Arts & Heritage Management (2005) Ms Bruins stays in tune with current best practice through courses and seminars. She obtained a Foundation Certificate in Art Law and a Diploma in Art Law and Ethics from the Institute of Art and Law in the United Kingdom. She is a member of the Museums Association (MA), the Museums Documentation Association (MDA), the Institute of Conservation (ICON), the Contemporary Art Society (CAS) and the International Council of Museums (ICOM). Ms Bruins works in Dutch, English, French, Italian and German.
